Visiting Our School

We warmly welcome visitors to our school and encourage anyone interested in finding out more to contact the school office to arrange a visit or tour. We are always happy to show prospective parents, carers, and visitors around and answer any questions you may have.

Arriving at School

Please note that the car park is for staff only. On arrival, we ask all visitors to enter through the pedestrian gate to the right of the vehicle gate and follow the path to the main school entrance.

Signing In

When you arrive at the school office, you will be greeted by a member of our friendly admin team who will check who you are and who you are visiting.

Once you have been let through the internal doors, you will be asked to sign in using our electronic visitor system. You will need to:

• Enter your full name

• Select a visitor category, such as - supply/sports staff, parent, visitor 
• Enter your company name, if you are visiting on behalf of a business
• Enter your mode of transport 

• The system will take your photograph

• You will be asked to read and confirm our safeguarding and health and safety regulations
• And finally you will be asked to accept our terms and conditions

The system will then print a visitor pass which will be attached to a visitor lanyard. Please ensure your visitor lanyard is worn and visible at all times while on site.

Signing Out

At the end of your visit, please return to the school office to:

• Sign out using the electronic visitor system

• Return your visitor lanyard to the admin team

Your visitor pass will be securely destroyed once you have signed out.
